Primary 1 pupils of SK Sg. Liuk, Balingian received their stationary packs.

MIRI: Sarawak Oil Palms Berhad (SOPB) has recently had its round of aid distribution to schools listed under SOPB’s Young Achievers Award (YAA) and Student Adoption Programme (SAP).

SOPB‘s Sg Liuk Estate Senior Manager, Jacky Teo Guan Hin was on hand to distribute a total of 150 stationery kits to the pupils of SK Sg Liuk, Balingian.

Estate Manager, Mr. Sanlu Gani handed over one unit of EPSON EB-X51 Projector to SK Sg. Setulan representative, Madam Cecelia Tandu.

On a different occasion, SOPB also donated one unit of Epson EB-X51 projector to SK Sg Setulan, Bintulu, handed over by Kuala Tatau 2 Estate Manager, Sanlu Gani.

SMCO Lau Shi Wen, on behalf of SOP Group presented cash cheque to the Principle of SMK Subis, Mr. Albert Dundang.

SOPB also chipped in cash sponsorship to SMK Subis, Miri to support the school in upgrading its facilities.

SOPB‘s annual corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative primarily focuses on motivation and promoting education among young generations in the rural areas as well as providing financial support to students from low-income families.
